Excellent App + Excellent Support!
I have just installed the full Safe+ package and very happy with the app. It is very user friendly and stable under IOS 11 and now under IOS 12.1.1. Like some other reviewers, I would also like to complement the Support team for their quick response to my question. An initial observation I have is the small size of the video preview icons are obscured by the ‘play’ triangle. It would be useful to have larger video preview icons and possibly choice of icon size options in Settings. Nonetheless, a great app!
UPDATE: Another quick reply from Support solves my video preview issue -
< you can use the video browser from the toolbar in a category. Then use the overview button (4 squares) to view all videos in the category. >
Upgraded to plus and very happy
Had to upgrade to plus due to new hardware purchases. However, love the fingerprint unlock and that I could transfer my original safe backup files.
The ability to sync devices means it’s easier to update files.
As before a really easy to use and customise filing cabinet that allows backups easily and file transfers are a dream.
Was & remains a secure way to store data on your iOS device..... but
A fine secure package to hold data securely on your devices. However, since the demise of iTunes, through which data was securely backed up & transferred to other devices you might have this app on the transfer method has changed dramatically. Sadly the tech support simply refers users to a series of Apple Support documents & still refers users to iTunes that no longer exists for Catalina onwards users. I finally worked how to sync through WiFi, but the instructions provided are FAR from clear. Both devices need Bluetooth off, both have to have the same WiFi connection & both have to be in sync mode to effectively share & update together. The instructions offered hint at some of that but do not make this clear. So past 5* opinions shared now fall to 2* solely due to a very poor tech support experience. Fail to support users at your peril.

The transfer method has not changed at all - as outlined in our support mail - starting with macOS Catalina you directly use the Finder which now includes the functionality formerly known as "iTunes filesharing". It works 1:1 the same as before in iTunes.
