Unstable and doesn’t work
Every time I open the app to check/action kids accounts, the system shuts the app and I am never able to complete anything. I’ve tried switching my phone off and rebooting and I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app. It doesn’t help.
I had further issues and did contact the service team - this proved to be quite an annoying process. Finally someone was able to help with the “further issues” but was unable to help with the original issue. Someone would have to call me. I advised Monday between 10 and 12 was best. I had no missed calls in spite of giving 2 contact numbers but received an email saying someone had tried to contact me but the phone wasn’t ringing. No one else has trouble contacting me. The only missed calls I’ve had were from when I was at work. I’ve now deleted the app. I think the security app I paid for is interfering with my phones ability to connect to the internet as I have have to turn this off whenever I start to use the internet. Once connected I can turn on the security app. So disappointed with the whole thing.

Complicated…
Used McAfee Safe Family to safeguard an 11 year old daughter with a laptop, mostly for school work but also used for games like Minecraft.
Unable to log in today via the iOS app on my phone. Email address and password used but then the login graphic just keeps spinning. When it finishes, it’s still on the login screen.
Tried resetting password. Still the same.
Tried deleting and reinstalling. Still the same.
When it is working, I have noticed that although I can set internet screen time that blocks the internet browser from connecting to the internet, she can still play online games through apps on her laptop.
Even when internet activity is manually paused, she can still play online games via apps on her laptop but cannot access any webpages through her browser.
I don’t see much point in installing this app when it doesn’t seem to provide the level of control or protection required or often, the ability to actually login!
