Who on earth changed this app?
This used to be a fairly good app in previous years. But it is now absolutely terrible. You can’t get scores, it is impossible to navigate and no longer any near real time clips of key moments. What a disaster. You would have been better off just typing in change of names and venue on the old app and sending it out. I hope you didn’t spend much money redeveloping this nonsense.
Alerts don’t work
Downloaded to get alerts whilst out and about. Selected to turn on alerts for individual matches but this doesn’t stay switched on once you navigate away from the page and there’s no save button.
Also, why doesn’t it open at the scores section? That’s what most people would be using or for when the tournament is on.
Deleted.
Awful user experience
And pretty much a useless app. Click on scores (a day in) and you have to complete an email form. Try and find the results from the previous day and it takes 20 minutes to find the in-page link. If you want this to follow the pay and scoring. Just don’t. If you’d like a load of video content that may, or may not be relevant. This is the app for you.
