Can’t open

App mostly won’t open until I delete and reinstall. Shame as it’s a great app and very useful when i can log in but causes me a lot of stress when I can’t pay for parking etc Would love to know how to fix this issue permanently

Please fix this app

Mostly doesn’t connect or takes forever.

Also I have had a parking fine because it didn’t get registered so make sure you take a screen shot so you can challenge

Also I turned off auto renew but it kept charging until max duration without giving me any notifications.

Frustrating doesn’t even begin to cover it

I understand that Dubai is trying very hard to make things seamless by using online forms, but this site has to be one of the most frustrating I have ever had the misfortune of having ( there’s no choice) to try to navigate my way around. Just awful.

Please don’t make updates compulsory unless it’s an essential update

Ive found the app intuitive and easy to use which is great - EXCEPT when requiring an update (which is regularly)
Because updates are compulsory and I can’t use the app without one (and I’m always away from WiFi when I need to update and therefore can’t access the App Store)

Please make updates optional unless essential - I’ve faced this problem almost every time I’ve tried to use it to pay for my parking.

Frustrating when you are in a rush to pay for parking and it doesn’t work

Can you please fix this app, half of the time it doesn’t load or doesn’t locate the parking zone and I’m not able to pay for parking! What’s the point of me having a parking topped up account if I can’t use it!

Poor user experience

You don’t allow direct top up with a bank card through the app making the experience very complicated and then charge 50 AED fine when passing under the gates.

If you want to fine us, then at least make it easy to top up

RTA App Out of Date

The RTA app cannot process payments unless it’s with a top up card. It’s very inconvenient and annoying that I have to login to the online service on Safari.

Functionality is very slow and not the same as other UAE apps which work well…change and update it please!!

Location

The location is been playing up . 9/10 it won’t work . Actually this giving me lots of issues and penalties for not getting the location and keep saying not public parking is found .

Incredibly unreliable

Stops working every time there’s an update, which is every few weeks it seems. Edit information almost never works, parking doesn’t work and signing in fails.

Not friendly to use the app

I have spoken to an agent in RTA was not even able to help, suggested what to do even the suggestion was not helpful, I request if someone can call me to re solve my issue. Thanks
