Your RSVLTS profile will have loyalty rewards, order history, tracking information and cut the line access to customer service if issues ever arise.

Bad!
This app is an absolute dumpster fire. I'm constantly being logged out of my account, and when I try to log back in, I'm hit with a message saying "uncertified customer." It's frustrating! I go through the entire tedious process of resetting my password and email, only to face the same frustrating issue over and over again. This is beyond annoying!!
