When you book a cruise with Royal Caribbean, our app gives you everything you need to plan your vacation and create memories at sea. Find useful tips on what to pack, gather the travel documents you need, and get reminders to check in before sailing day. Reserve shore excursions for every port, purchase or upgrade a beverage package for endless toasts, and an internet package to stay connected and share your experiences in real-time, while at sea – though the app is free to use on your ship’s Wi-Fi network.
Put relaxation on the calendar with spa packages and make dining reservations at distinctive specialty restaurants... you can even make all your Ultimate Dining Package reservations directly in the app. Explore other pre-cruise deals in the arcade, check out VIP Passes and make your cruise truly special with gifts and gear. And don’t forget to link reservations with your travel party so you can make plans together.
Set sail like a pro
To save time on sailing day, make sure to check in ahead of time using the app. You can also start your mandatory safety briefing and get your SetSail Pass, before heading to the terminal.
Find all the shows and activities in the Daily Planner and build your personalized calendar, so you can plan endless fun. We’ll even remind you with a notification when you have plans.
Be sure to smile for the camera because you’ll be able to view, purchase and download your photos right from the app (available on select ships). Find your way around with detailed deck maps and chat with your travel party through group or 1-on-1 chats. You can also chat with Guest Services on select ships, to get help and your questions answered at your convenience. Track your onboard expenses in the app (or not... you’ll be on vacation, after all) and learn how to book your next cruise while onboard for the best deals.
After your cruise, you can continue to track your loyalty status and perks, keep up with the latest and greatest from our family of brands in the video library, and start planning and booking your next cruise. Because we know this won’t be your last!

With this release, we added a search feature to the app's marketplace so you can easily find and purchase the perfect gear for your next cruise. We also made it easier to keep track of balances due, improved the app's speed and usability, and fixed bugs. Make sure you turn on auto-updates, so you can keep up with all the ways we improve the app.

I am taking this space to mention how wonderful royal Caribbean Customer service is.. I was on a call with their customer service adviser Josea Herrera and the call got disconnected after and I couldn’t give my feedback in the survey. I am taking this platform to give my feedback to say what an amazing customer service experience I have had and I am thanking God that He connected me to Josea who spent all the time patiently understood my problem with the booking and solved my issues and made me a happy customer leaving me heart of gratitude towards his excellence in customer service. Thank you so much. An asset to the royal carribean’s customer service team you are Josea!! 👏🏽
Amazing cruise
We had a fantastic cruise I was very upset to hear people shouting and swearing at the poor staff on the guest services desk that I went out and bought them some chocolates some people are so rude the staff do not deserve to be treated in this way we found all staff to be very courteous and could not do enough to make our holiday perfect thank you to captain Tony for making the decision to keep your staff us holiday makers and the ship safe and all in one piece👏👏👏👏
A big shout out to our cabin attendant who looked after us in eight two one six and Flavian in the pub and our restaurant Waiter Piliani and assistant waiter Shane the were amazing 👏👏👏👏Thank you
The app is so so slow
All the interactions on the app are so slow. It takes the app up to 30s to respond to swipe up the menu. I have the iPhone 14 pro and no other app behaves this slow. Just rid of the water animation it’s really slowing down the app or find a better way to load it with not as heavy computing power. I rather there is no animation than it slowing down the app. UX should always go before UI aesthetic.
Ux wise the app is decent. Although some things aren’t as clear. The boarding and off boarding text on home should be bigger as it’s hard to spot took me a few days to nice it (and I’m a ux designer and attention to detail is my job). It’s the most important info on the app. It should be larger. Or stand out more.
Make sure your photos don’t have white background as the arrows to go back to the list of activities is then invisible.
Dining reservations could also be a bit more clearer. It should be on home page not in personal info. Food is one of most important user wants. Would be a nice shortcut.
The safety videos that were mandatory at the start of the cruise also wouldn’t remember that I clicked that I watched it. It kept saying incomplete. It was very frustrating.
