Terrible app. Kicks you out. Now an update has come out the app no longer works at all

Better than it was, please keep going!

The new update for the app is much nicer looking, and the addition of ARCHIVE jobs tab is good. However, I still have 10’s of breakdowns in the RUNNING tab, which are complete. Nobody I call seems to be able to remove these for me… Another tab of In Progress would be nice, as sending In Progress jobs to the bottom of the RUNNING tab is not so easy.

The direct link to maps is nice. Would there ever be a system to incorporate What3Words? For more rural area breakdowns with no landmarks close by, this could be very useful for technicians.

The process of accepting job, giving ETA, saying if I can attend etc… is pretty tedious and mostly unnecessary. An ETA is already given during the breakdown acceptance phone call, and MOB24 will inform the customer of this. If this process of getting in to the job can be simplified, that would make the app much better.

If you notify of messages received about jobs on the app, why can I not respond? Would be much faster to update this way, than wait up to 20 mins on hold during peak times…

Constantly being signed out of the app (at least on the previous build) is frustrating. I use this app on my personal device, as the breakdown phone is no good for daily use… Can faceID be used to allow instant signing in of the app? This will also improve app experience.

Can you add an option for a prefix of ‘141’ to be added to the drivers phone number when calling directly from the app? This allows the call to block your number, preventing phone calls from drivers outside of the breakdown case.

This is a useful app to use, allowing quick access to breakdown information. However, the app is very clunky and doesn’t work quite as you would hope. If technician feedback can be submitted and is encouraged, features that would benefit and speed up repair times for the customer could be heard/implemented. It’s close to being very good, but certainly falls short in comparison to other manufactures breakdown assistance applications. (In terms of ease of use, app clarity, and feature integration).
