Newbie
Ok, I’m late to this game and as a newbie I was about to give up as the first two scooters at my location were dead. However the app steered me to the next nearest location a 2min walk away where quite a few were charged and I was soon on my way. Next issue (and I do learn) was my phone was in pocket so I had to stop a couple of times to find a park nearest to my destination. All done so hopefully all ok.

Hi Rider, Thanks for your comment. When you select an vehicle the app shows the battery level and the kilometers you can ride. If you find a fault you can report it via the app and send a refund request by clicking on the ride on the My Rides page. Have a nice day! RideMovi Team 🚲⚡ 🧡
Good for foreigners
I have tried different apps. And some wouldn’t let me create an account because of foreign number or bank account or sth. Everything worked well with this one. My only issue was that I accidentally bought ebike plan and not a normal bike, which I wanted, but that was my mistake. Didn’t really check that i need to chose it at the top. It was automatically put on ebike.
Plenty of bikes in the city of Turin. But I would avoid rush hour. People have very different driving habits here.

The app lies…
Was told everywhere in the small print that the cost was €1 to rent a bike and that I was to be charged €0.30 for every twenty minutes used. I used the bike for 16 minutes and was inexplicably charged €5+ instead of what should have been €1.30. I refuted the charge in app, especially as I’d parked it in an appropriate place and attached a clear image, but was given a small and vague result after hours. ‘ Dear User, based on the time of use you indicated, the price paid is correct.’
Not only was this an unpleasant experience, I was also never refunded for the €1 active card check that they took when I installed the app.
