RFM 2024 Football Manager 4+

In RFM 24, we have the latest app in the RFM family, following in from the RFM and RFM international.

The developers wanted to take on board suggestions and desires of the long standing users and players.

Examples of those were:

Can we play from the bottom leagues to the top ones? ✅

Can we win the FA cup (and foreign equivalent)? ✅

Can we win the treble? ✅

Amongst these aspects, you can also collect stamps by achieving career goals, and the traditional point system is still there to be used for the moments where your top striker needs to have a quick fix on the eve of the champions league final!

You can play in several leagues (🇮🇹🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇪🇸🇩🇪🇫🇷), though not as many as in the original RFM, this is part of the future development plans.

As are future retro leagues, which will add to the 2000’s one and the present season that is on the app currently.

There’s tons to complete on the game, and I’m going to head off and see if I can do with Wrexham, what Reynolds and Mcelheny are aiming to do! 😊😂⚽️🏆

The simplicity and speed we all like makes RFM Classic super and if you are an oldie like me, then the history from the past is very good and it could have kicked on to be phenomenal but hasn’t kicked on sadly.

With so much player data available I find it odd that it doesn’t come through into more availability and added functionality.

An oldie like me would love an all time legends league with a large pool where we could select a squad from all our favourite teams player data.

Moving on to 24……

A great idea RFM 24 and it would be super to share the added features to the app that RFM are intending to add.

The league formats are super idea as is the Euro Competition but being Scottish, am more than disappointed it’s not on the release. The data is available and puzzled why not launched RFM ?

Prize money is lacking sadly and it’s not changed from classic version and there should be rewards that could be easily added for league positioning linked in line with what’s scoped out today and it could easily include Euro payments.

Bit strange on scouting recommendations as way to many blank weeks with no one proposed.

Very good work to the RFM team but guys you could be phenomenal.

Thanks for the review and also the feedback. Apologies for the late reply. We will be coming up with a solution for Scotland in the New Year. The issue is the code means we need 64 teams for a domestic cup and we don't have enough Scottish data for that. So we are thinking two Scottish divisions and then a British Cup. Really enjoy this game I’ve been playing for a while now. So simple. Although the update seems to have an issue, I can’t select my captain, the button is no longer above the sell player. I have to use the auto select to get the captain selected and it is not always a player I want to use as captain. So not sure what to do, as this is an important feature to be able to do this. I’ve leant the tactic about the captain in the right position.

Thanks for the review. You can also select a captain by a long press on the name of the player during the selection scene. Is this also broken? We are investigating this issue as well as another user raised it as an issue. Regards, Coast
