Issues every time
The idea behind Revel is fantastic, and every driver I have met has been great. However, rides are constantly delayed, drivers are sent to the incorrect address for pin locations and driver numbers are not activated by Revel. While the deals are great when Revel has offers on, I am sad to say that I don’t think the amount of issues are worth it. I’d recommend going with Uber Green instead for an eco- and hassle-free option.
UK user no problems at all
Not sure why some UK users say it doesn’t work with UK phones had no problems what so ever worked great. Plus got the 50% discount so taxi JFK to Chelsea NY was only $50 so brilliant.
