Redeeming points for a product and your points being taken away for nothing
I redeemed 11700 points for a google Home hub and it redirected me to the google page however it did not let me order this and still took away my points. I have contacted google but also the app developer via email but no response or solution. I wasted time doing training to redeem no reward at all
