Good but very bad at the same time

You loose the Catalogue function from.whatsapp business. You can't upload more than one image at at time even on the library. We have over 500 products and need to upload pictures in library and then the discription on snippets. Facebook ads that bring in customers are hidden. The ai is using some horrible model. Doesn't follow instructions. You can't put your own OpenAi API Key to upgrade the horrible so to At least module 4o. Seriously the Ai is bad.

It's just that I have to use it for communication with my team but gosh it's bad. I wish I had saved my $300 per month and used another service.

Anyways. If you don't mind loosing many functions for the benefit of multi users and managing multiple teams then do. But yikes. Problem is once you are here you have probably already sunk your cash on the website.

Otherwise I would not recommend this. Just don't know who else I could.
