Description
One day you will die. It is mori's job to remind you of this. remember Mori is a "momento mori" which means a reminder of death. The purpose of a momento mori is to keep some facts at front of mind. 1: You will not live forever. 2: You should, therefore, appreciate your life. 3: Because you will die, that means that one day you will say goodbye to all loved ones. Therefore, you should appreciate them, and treat all people well. 4: There is no sense in putting off what you believe you should be doing.
Every hour, mori will give you a new reminder. The reminder will help you keep the four facts at the front of your mind.
When you meet mori, he will make some personal reminders for you, and help you create your own reminders with personal meaning to you. Plus, mori brings his own reminders, made of things he found... art, videos, photos. You will see.
This app is intended to help people with anxiety, depression, aimlessness, or other troubles that can happen to living beings. However, it is probably not for everyone. If you have a lot of worries about death, or if you are yourself very ill, or your family member is, or if you have just lost someone, please do not feel forced to use this app. You can always return to it later when you are in a different state of mind, or when you feel you need it.

Ratings and Reviews
Happy with the app
I found this app because I already use the (very excellent) Worrydolls app made by the same creator.
After looking at the subject matter for this new app, I have to admit I didn’t download this one straight away, I was a bit nervous about using it in case I found it frightening, or made my anxiety worse.
I came here to say I had no need to be nervous, and I’m so glad I downloaded it.
The reminders in the app and it’s demeanour do not frighten, instead they empower. Empower you to realise that it’s safe to live your life with intention, because you have no reason not to, and to make the little insecurities you have seem to matter far less by keeping your focus on the things in your life that are truly important.
The here and now is so precious, and Mori reminds you in a way that is powerful but not scary.
The app also has a customisation feature that allows you to personalise the app with your own pictures that Mori can use to give you reminders relating to specific things or people in your own life, making it all the more significant and this is a great feature.
This app I believe is starting to help bring me more of a sense of inner peace. I won’t give away too much of what Mori says so you can discover for yourself but it really struck me that he says remembering that you are going to die one day sets you free, and I like that - it’s true.
There really is no reason not to live your life in whatever way makes you happy and go after your dreams.
Just a suggestion of what could make it even better would be a “place you love the most” mission. I think it would be really powerful to be able to put a photo of your favourite place in the app that you love to go to, or place that’s special to you, to remind yourself that you won’t always be able to go back, and there will be a last time ever that you go there.
Really great app, thank you 🙏
