Description
Rejsekort as an app – the fastest way to public transportation
With a single swipe in the app, you can check in and travel by bus, train, metro, and light rail throughout the country, except Bornholm.
Right now, you can use the app if you are at least 18 years old and are able to pay with MobilePay. If you are at least 67 years old you can get a pensioners discount on your travels.
In the near future, the app will be updated with more features.
HOW IT WORKS
With a single swipe in the app, you can travel by bus, train, metro, and light rail. The app automatically detects if you change means of transport along the way, so you don't have to check in again. Turn on "Smart check out" in the app, to be reminded to check out.
Once you arrived at your final destination and are standing at the station, you can end your journey in the app with one swipe. When checked out, you can see your route and the price of your journey under the menu item History. You will be billed for your journeys once a day.
If you want to travel first class on InterCity and InterCityLyn trains, you must select DSB 1' in the app before you check in and start the journey.
To issue a valid ticket, calculate your route and its price correctly, the app makes a match between the GPS in your phone, the stations or stops you drive past and timetables from Rejseplanen. Therefore, you must give the app access to your location - always.

It seems limited. What if I want to replace my card? but I no longer have the option to pay for multiple people (guests for example or someone who doesn’t have battery)

We are not sure what you mean by if you want to replace your card? If you have questions regarding transferring discounts from card to app, please call our costumer service at 70113333. Doesn’t start
The app often doesn’t recognise where I am and so doesn’t allow me to start my journey - very annoying

Thank you for your rating. Should it happen again, please call our customer service at +45 70113333. They should be able to sort it out. If you check in and out on ground floor and not on the metro platform, the problem might be solved. The GPS has a hard time finding connection especially down the deeper metro stations.
