The Power of Photoshop Without the Price Tag
Recolor is one of those apps that manage to pull off being both very simple to use, and yet is incredibly effective at what it does. With this app, you essentially have the tools of Photoshop at your disposal to ensure all of your favourite pictures and photos look the very best they can, without needing to spend hours just to figure out what you’re doing.
The app is designed to be simple enough to get to grips with in a few short minutes and after playing around with some of the images that the app provides for you, I knew exactly what I needed to do to make the most out of my favourite photos.
Don’t get me wrong, though, just because Recolor is easy to get to grips with doesn’t mean it isn’t a powerful tool. The app has a lot of different tools that are at the tips of your fingers whenever and wherever you might need them, such as resizing an image to fit on an Instagram story or distorting an image to make it a wacky combination of colours, all in one picture.
There’s a lot to play around with and as soon as you’ve got a good grasp on the basics with Recolor, you’ll find yourself just as impressed with the whole package as I was.
The fact you get all of this inside of a free app is honestly incredible and makes for one easy recommendation for anyone that’s looking to take their pictures to the next level!

Warhol and beyond...
What a fabulous idea! I am a digital artist and I can now —at long last— create complex pop art compositions reminiscent of Andy Warhol silkscreens, which is what I have been looking for. AI helps expand the colour following the edges of the subject in paint bucket mode, there is a brush for refinements with eraser and a sketch brush for gorgeous outlines. Supports layers, PNG export in high resolution, filters and more... Who knows what more future updates will bring but it’s a real gem as it is now. Brilliant!
