This is a good game and keeps you busy but the tournaments sometime your waiting a few days for an opponent which is frustrating, also withdrawing money they have a service charge as-well which is disappointing as its your winning, takes 4-6weeks to receive any winning you can withdraw also which is very poor it should be 3-5working days max like any other game or instant like some

To address your first concern, the reason why it can sometimes take longer to match with an opponent is because Skillz uses a special algorithm to determine a players skill level. To keep fairness in the game only players with the same skill are matched up against each other. With regards to withdrawals, that is also handled by Skillz. Please feel free to email them at support@skillz.com to find out how you can have your withdrawals expedited quicker.

After withdrawing over $100 in winnings, a few weeks later I receive an email saying my account has been permanently blocked due to “violating” their rules re the use of multiple accounts / fraud / cheating etc. None of which are true.

This email was completely out of the blue and I was absolutely gutted on many levels. The obvious part being they have scammed me of my money, and the other part being they have now taken away from me just about the only thing I look forward to in a day. I have depression but love word games and find this app particularly thrilling as I have always been good at word searches and boggle, so the added element of competing for money is super exciting

I never received any of my winnings in my PayPal upon withdrawal.
