I need help

The app is great and it works really well but I need help because my razer true wireless 2nd gen’s left earplug won’t work idk how to fix this there is nothing on the manual. My right earplug works still if that is any help

Thanks for rating the app. You might try placing the misbehaving earbud inside the charging case closing the lid and waiting to see if the bud reconnects automatically after opening the case. For further assistance, you can reach out to support at feedback@razer.com.

Won’t find headset

I’m using razer kaiara pro for Xbox and when I got it last year around November I updated the firmware to latest version (even after the update I always get surges of distortion randomly it’s happened since I’ve purchased the headset) since then my laptop has broken and I’ve been looking for a way to install firmware if there is any needed, this app seems like a godsend if it does what it says on the label, however it can’t even find my headset which is a major shame, I hope there is a fix coming for this soon! I love the headset so much it’s just a shame that I can’t update it further or the distorting every so often

(Update- after the most recent update it still can’t find my Xbox kiara pro headset I’m baffled any idea when there will be a fix for this?)

Is broken doesn’t work waste time download the app on iPhone and IPad.

This app doesn’t work for IPad and IPhone it will not connect Bluetooth doesn’t find headphones on iPad. I’ve try everything I could try use app it will n out find device at all. What is it going on is it app or iPad or iPhone I think it’s app a lot bugs fixing in app.😡🤬 please everyone don’t download this app doesn’t work at all I’m using Kaira headphones they are Bluetooth wireless doesn’t connect on Bluetooth on iPad or iPhone I’m give this app one star.
