Black Screen Issue While Searching for a Patient
Verify if the black screen issue occurs during patient search.
Sending CPC Messages
Users can send messages only if the connection is established.
If disconnected, a toast message will display: "Chat is connecting... Hold on while we establish the connection."
If the connection is lost mid-message, the system will reconnect first before sending.
A loader replaces the send icon during reconnection and reverts once connected.
