Once again bang on time, lovely smart car and friendly chatty driver. I’m so glad I found Radar taxis. Thanks guys👍
Really handy app
It’s so easy to book your taxi on the app. Once booked you get a text message to say your booking has been successful. Then another text will tell you where your taxi is & how to track it. However if you have the app, you can see where your taxi is immediately.
I love the app as I can book immediately or pre-book my taxi. And I don’t like talking to people.
Only downside is: sometimes the app is switched off during busy times, as there’s more demand for taxis than cars available. Only a small annoyance
No longer works properly
The old app worked fine. Now this new version won’t take a booking unless you opt to pay by cash, even if you have cards successfully registered. Having this poor app working in conjunction with multiple WhatsApp messages about your booking is really poor. Would rather book with another firm than have this. Very poor.
