Description
Create top quality reports for Inventory, Check-in, Check-out and Mid-term inspections. There are two modes of use: Audio and Text. Audio mode is for dictation and Text mode is where you use our Intelligent Keyboard Engine (IKE™) Predictive Keyboard. IKE knows about inventory terms and for example will prompt for the next word relating to doors when you start describing the door.
Our approach allows you to capture report details in any form:
- text mode where you enter details using IKE™ predictive keyboard or use the device's voice recognition
- dictation where we transcribe,
- dictation where you transcribe,
The app is designed to be used by individual landlords, freelance inventory clerks and estate agents large and small.
Our portal allows you to manage completed reports and manage other account settings.
To do an inventory, you simply go on site and work through each room describing condition of various items. The app guides you through the process. At the end, when you are ready to transfer the media, a checklist is executed to ensure that all important items have been covered. Once the media is uploaded, you can move on to do other things.

Easy to use!
As someone who perhaps does 2 inventories a year and also is over pensionable age, I have found this app very easy to use. Any queries are answered really quickly too.
Great app just missing a few features you get with others
Love the fact this is a PAYG rather than subscribe to a monthly subscription, would be great to be able to set up a template as a PAYG and to be able have a separate condition comments box, the ability to add liability at check out. Would also be great to be able to swipe to the next item rather than going back in and out. Love the fact you can take pictures without having to flick back and forth. Ability to add a bit more detail on appliance would be nice.
