Effect cannot be customised…
Always get: Effect cannot be customised in ANC mode if I try to adjust any setting after initial setup. Even though I’m not in ANC mode.
App is good
Works very well for my HT05, very cool. Battery percentage doesn’t work however ! Hopefully they fix this, the app always says both my earbuds are 100% ? Overall very happy with QCY
Synchronization is too slow
Your apps has a big problem,, Earbuds & apps synchronization is too slow, even sometimes it doesn't work..please solve this major issue.
