Newb to CrossFit
I have been going to the gym for years, this is my first go at CrossFit and Caerphilly CrossFit has been brilliant, very inclusive from induction to first classes. Very friendly group and the app just make things that bit easier👍
Wodify > Push Press
Our (CrossFit) gym recently switched from Wodify to PushPress and I wish it hadn’t. PushPress clunkier all around:
(1) can’t see the workout from the schedule, need to go to the schedule tab. (2) For weightlifting - doesn’t calculate, e.g. 1RMs from 5RMs. (3) Results annoying to access -Multiple clicks to get to the “calculator” section of the results - not intuitive at all. Can’t click from a particular result (e.g. today’s deadlift to get to all deadlift results)
Disappointed and would not recommend

Super easy to use, you can’t really go wrong. The speed of the app is really quick as well so no waiting around for things to load
