It’s actually unbelievable how quick your progress is once you do this app. Personally I skip the rest days and just do them the next day but I was already decent at pushups anyway.

The app is good since it doesn’t make you do half of the exercises and then make you pay a subscription to do the rest which really angered me with other apps. There are a few adverts which are fine. They gotta make money somehow! Either way really recommend this app.

What could be better?

This does what it says on the tin. I like how this app is put together; at 62 I’m hoping to be as good as I was in my 20’s (yeah, right!) but my god I’m going to give it my best.
