Much better app

I got this pulsetto 8 months ago the app is a lot better and getting better! Very good

Poor quality control

The product has good potential but the app lets it down horribly. Sound quality is poor as if there is some sort of interference and during many of the meditations the recording starts over and over and then ends abruptly!

Right now I can’t recommend anyone to purchase more than the basic product.

A real shame.

I like this product and I’m glad I bought it, however….

I feel like too many features and modes are hidden behind a paywall, which quite honestly is overpriced. When you are paying already money for Apple Fit, music, Netflix, gym membership then no one wants to add to that. If I bought an expensive device, it feels unfair that most of the features are locked behind a paywall, especially at £17 per month! Bearing in mind that many people who purchase this will be biohackers with other devices offering subscriptions like muse, whoop, neuro Apollo etc.

The devs should focus on adding value to the base product because otherwise one day a competitor will come along and scoop up the market by offering something more competitive.

I was pleased to see that they added connection to Apple health and whoop, Garmin etc. Not sure what it does yet, hopefully they will allow sessions to contribute towards meditation minutes in Apple health and a recovery session in whoop (thought they don’t have a tag for VNS yet in whoop).

I would like to see a way to customise the app’s main screen so I can make it white or black, maybe some additional customisation options.

Also I wish the app would allow the device to ramp up more slowly, even at intensity 1 sometimes I feel a strong jerk when it kicks in which can be a bit jarring. I usually start off at 1 then crank it up to 7 to mitigate this effect but it’s still a bit uncomfortable.

The support staff are nice, I have interacted with them and found them to be helpful.

Seeing the battery level in the new update is really helpful, thanks devs. I also like the tracker and reminders as it really helps me to remember to use it, and check that I didn’t miss any sessions.

Please keep developing this product/app as it really makes a massive difference and makes it more motivating to stick to it, I am a strong believer in the product and will come back to amend my rating if I see more improvements.
