In addition to the full suite of services, through Provis App you can customize your dashboard to suit your preference. See a problem in your community? Just take a quick photo with your phone upload and report it through the app. Opt for push notifications to remind you of upcoming events in the community. Looking to connect with your community? Through The Provis App you can now connect with the community through a live chat. The Provis app has been designed with you in mind and its main purpose is to act as your personal assistant from Provis, and most importantly, it’s free.

Poor App
This app is a total waste of time. It doesnt work properly and when you call customer support they are reluctant to assist you I have been waiting over a month for my issues to be resolved. They advise you to contact them via a phone number but they never return your call. If you look at the reviews, they only reply to positive feedback and never reply to anyone with negative feedback. It's amazing that there is a sign in the elevator encouraging people not to on criticize Provis on other forms of social media, but i encorage it if that's the only way they will listen. Appauling service.
Awful. Just awful.
I wish Provis would pay attention and realise this app doesn’t work!!! It’s so frustrating. Crashes every time, then rarely starts. I uninstalled it last year and just installed again and it had the same bugs. What’s the point in having an app that doesn’t work but forcing your residents to use it!!!!!
Useful app
User friendly and easy to navigate. I have had no issues whatsoever using the app - I use it several times a week to book the amenities with no problems. Full of useful information of what’s going on in the community. Very handy & useful app.
