The agents on the industry put their trust in this portal. However, it is still unethically and illegally utilised by agents as they create fake listings. The portal doesn’t do enough to deter these issues.

When a fake listing is reported, the agent should have faith that the portal will investigate it. The portal should be investigating the listings and comparing them to ensure the reported fake listings is removed. However, they leave it for the agent to do all the work on getting it taken down.


Agencies and their agents are forging documents and identification which is negatively effecting real deals. They are also ruining relationships between agents and tenants that are developed over long time periods of trusting one another.

The portal doesn’t allow you to upload more than one documents when reporting a fake listing either.

If a combined unit is uploaded. They portal doesn’t verify it. However, fake listings have been able to get combined units verified. It doesn’t make any sense.

This is hugely shameful as agents should have a trust worthy and ethical portal to use. Not one where their hard work and efforts are exploited.

frustrating as a high number of the properties are not available, equally a lot of the adds are not genuine, only by learning this the hard way do I now know that even certain pictures are old or of a different property. furthermore the app does not have a contact with WhatsApp option nor when you share a link for it provide a full link to the website, so if shared to someone without the app they are unable to see the details.
It would be great to be able to mark/ report if the adds are genuine or not, it would
also be great to be able to get full link to the add to shear..
