PostNord - Track your parcels 4+

I have used this service when my parcels I have sent to my son from the UK to Denmark. The parcels have been stopped at customs. They are very good and have helped investigate the parcels and move them on to be delivered to my son. They provide a very good service and speak good English. Thank you

I have parcel sent from DK which takes normally not more then 4 - 6 days to arrive. The last notification from PostNord is that the parcel left DK almost TWO MONTHS ago and after that nothing. The first thing you see when you open the app is “the parcel is on its way” but not where it is located.
They don’t give you an answer or decent customer service unless you are the sender and you wait for minimum longer then one hour and half to chat with them. This app and their service are the worst that I have experienced as client and I’m not the person who gives bad comments or rate company’s with only one star.

Swedish postal services have been operating in a commercial market now for three decades - and still its operators and representatives believe themselves to be civil servants, tasked with keeping the plebs in their place rather than actually providing a competitive service. Order something from a country the PostNord central trade union committee doesn’t approve of, or from a global retailer they’ve declared undesirable at one of their politburo meetings, and you can be sure it’ll get delayed by at least a fortnight, eventually turning up with a bill attached for some eyewatering amount for “customs processing” (within the EU) or some other dreamt-up act of random bureaucracy.
