Great idea but needs some work

This is a good app idea and something I was looking for ever since I got an Apple Watch. The display setup on the watch is good and you can see the most important information with a quick glance. For me the data shown is fine but I’m sure there are some people who would like to customize the screen to concentrate on other values.

The stroke detection seems to work well for sculling but is not so good for sweep rowing. I get a track with lots of holes in it where no strokes were detected. This makes the tracking a bit useless for sweep rowing currently.

The battery on the watch drains very fast while using the app, it seems to be much quicker than when using other workout apps. I understand more sensors must be in use with this app, but hopefully this can be improved.

Developer Response ,

Thank you. There was a bug in the initial version of the app that resulted in strokes not being detected when wearing the watch on the outside hand during sweep rowing. This should have been fixed in the most recent version (1.1).
I'll see if I can improve the battery life in a future update.
