Great app with expanded poses
This app is really useful for planning and timing sequences. It has almost all of the poses and many of the ones i was missing at the start have been added in updates, i just wish it had flat back chair and San Francisco twinkle toes (as in the rocket sequence) and Chaturanga with knees down (rather than knees chest chin). The main thing it is missing in my view is a breath prompt. I would love it if you could switch off audible cues and just have a bell to prompt the start of an inhale and exhale, or maybe a slider that rises and falls with the inhales and exhales at the side of the screen with a breath count for holds (ie if holding a down dog for five breaths) so you could train your pace and cues. Also a preview of the next pose in the “play” mode would be amazing.
Old fella
As the title says I’m not as young as I used to be so I bought this app for my morning routine, it’s excellent and I’m able to do my practice every morning without interruption , my only criticism is that I would like to be able to adjust the countdown timer down to 10 seconds , no other problems, easy to use.
Excellent
Got this app about a year ago and use regularly, I prefer to create my own workouts depending on what mood I’m in and this app allows for this and tweaking / editing, length of routine etc very flexible would recommend for all levels I’m a beginner/intermediate and have some back issues so can choose poses to suit depending on feel from day to day.
