Pixlr-o-matic 4+

I've had this app for a while and LOVED IT!!! Until the last update.
The randomiser is a nice touch and the extra effects are great however since this update, 90% of the time I open up an image to edit...none of the effects show up! I have to restart the app several times before they appear and then when they do they take forever to load on the image!
Maybe a bug fix update please and then I can go back to my original 5 star rating!

There's some really nice edits to be made using this app (especially if you upgrade and download the extra packs)
I particularly like some of the grungy textures and overlays.
Couple of this this app could learn from Snapseed to make it even better and more usable though...
Instead of one massive long carousel containing all effects, it would be so much easier to use if they were split into categories in the 'front-end' of the app like they are on the download page. This would make it much easier to find favourite effects. Also at the moment you can add a film stock, then only one effect from all the various categories and then add border. With categories you could add a canvas AND a bokeh not just one or the other.
BUT this is still a great app and worth downloading if you're an instagramer or iPhonographer looking for some quality lomo filters and grungy borders.

You get an incredible quantity of excellent and unique filters, and I was able to download them all as a free update, fantastic. You choose sliders for film, effects and frames and combine them in any combination of the three. Very easy and fun to use, you can really see what you are doing and it's really well designed and thought out, and you can save high res. Awesomely good for stylish photos. It would be perfect if you could adjust the amount of the effects, or paint some out, you have to have all or nothing. That is all that stops this being totally five stars. Very professional quality app, leaves many many others behind
