Pixelup - AI Photo Enhancer 4+

Pros: The AI feature to enhance photos is brilliant. I have bought the full app simply because of how good it is and I have other Apps already which offer this but not to this standard. Not sure what the difference is between smart edit and enhance though.

Cons: It can’t identify all of the blemishes so would be good if there was a ‘spot’ remover. Colorisation is fairly hopeless, everyone I’ve colorised has turned out badly sunburnt. I need to use a different App to fulfil this.

I’ve read some of the reviews and also comments on instagram page - I believe people are using it wrong, because it hasn’t failed me yet. I downloaded it tonight - I’ve sampled over 30 old images, a mix of black and white, bad resolution, scratched - and each one has come out a million times better - and the animation is great as long as you pick the right one - it’s not great at side profiles but it warns you!
You can do up to two animation faces per picture (someone said just 1) and you can auto save them all of you know which buttton to press to save (someone said you can’t)
I feel this app gets loads of bad comments and I don’t know why - I’m really fussy and would be angry if it didn’t work how it’s described but it does - my parents and inlaws are in tears (happy tears) with the memories I have just given them. My mum orrocularly has no videos of my grandpa (her dad) - this app is brilliant and i’m going to pay for a year which is the best value at £30. The one thing I would say is when you go to the subscriptions it has two options for the year - and it doesn’t tell me what’s different so will find out before I purchase as I did see £30 forever but seems it’s just for a year - hopefully customer care will be good and let me know! Thankful I didn't pay for this. It is nowhere near as good as the ads make it look. I tried animate and colourise on an old wedding picture of my parents and the animation just looked really bad and pixelated and totally unnatural! Also i couldn't do both faces in the photo, it would only allow me to select one face then it crops the rest of the image out. I may have been doing something wrong but i could not see any other actions to take to animate both faces and keep the image looking like the original! The colourize feature did work ok but thats available in many free aps, sometimes with better results! I spent about an hour trying to create something like the couple you see in the ad but it just wasn't possible and i gave up! This app has potential but i feel they are misleading people in the ad, as to its real capability! Disappointed and cancelled!
