Description
The PingID® mobile app is a user-friendly solution designed to enhance login security and verify end users’ identities. Additionally, it serves as a digital wallet, enabling secure storage and management of digital identities. The app offers mission-critical security features for administrators and provides offline support for scenarios where a device lacks signal.
The PingID mobile app integrates seamlessly with PingOne®, PingFederate®, PingOne Verify®, and PingOne Credentials®. Before installation, please ensure your organization has licensed PingID, PingOne Verify, or PingOne Credentials. For more information, contact your administrator or Ping Identity support.

PingID 3.0 introduces a Credentials wallet that includes the following features:
- Store digital credentials that you receive from your organization in the PingID mobile app's new Creds tab.
- Securely share your Creds with your organization when requested.
Ratings and Reviews
Missing the slider
Easy to use but I dislike the loss of the slider to approve access - it was super fast to use and the replacement with a statement you have to click is slower (and less aesthetically pleasing, which is more sad than actually problematic).
Does not work
Notification on Apple Watch comes through but when you touch YES it does not verify on the site your accessing.
Please fix.
Quick and easy
It’s quick and easy to use - my only complaint would be the misleading warning message you get when you quit the app that “quitting the app will make your device less secure”. This is scaremongering just designed to make you keep the app running in the background so it works faster. It’s poor for a security company to mislead end users that something makes them less secure when that’s not the case
