A very poor taxi app
I have tried to sue this app and it is almost unworkable. Considering it is for a holiday destination you would think it might have an multi-lingual option. It is even hard to follow it you have a basic grasp of Spanish. I use Mijas taxi’s from a tank but the app is hopeless so use Bolt or Uber instead.
Excellent service
I used this app twice yesterday to book 2 taxis each time, once scheduled in advance to pick up at a certain time (both drivers turned up a few minutes before the specified time) and once to collect us there and then (again the drivers arrived promptly). On both occasions I got a notification that my taxi was on its way, along with car make and registration, and another notification to tell me my taxi had arrived, followed by an emailed receipt at the end. Highly recommended
Easy to use, very fast!
Despite the poor reviews I downloaded the app and used it in A Coruña for the first time, because my Spanish is not so well in pronouncing street names when calling a taxi over the phone. When selecting my location I was informed the taxi would be there within 10 minutes. Just two minutes later it already pulled up. Every information was displayed in the app in real time, e.g., my ride details, price, driver‘s rating. For me, the app was easy to use - my recommendation!
