Phantolex is a rogue-like word game with a twist: the goal is to avoid spelling the word. Think of it like hot potato - you'll take turns adding letters, but don't be the one to finish the word. As you progress, you'll use powers and face tougher levels, but if you lose, it's game over!
How to Play:
- Build Words: Take turns against Casp adding letters and avoid being the one to complete a word.
- Strategic Powers: Use powers like Letter Rewind, Bluff Stopper, and Word Connoisseur to gain an edge.
- Endless Levels: Progress through increasingly challenging levels, unlock rewards, and win a run!

Dude nice game!
This game is fun, the whole idea is unique, I like the spooky cartoon vibe and design. Casp is pretty cool and smart for a in game character. The added element of permadeath and doing different runs is awesome. I unlocked a beanie for Casp by winning my first game, which was a cool challenge, it wasn’t easy but it wasn’t hard, and Casp kept beating me and I only just won.
So far I can’t see any ads, and there is a leaderboard.
I don’t usually give any game or app 5 stars so this is probably saying something.
Any feedback I have is positive here: Can you add themes for holiday seasons at all? So around Halloween make the UI more Spooky, then at Christmas make the UI more Festive, maybe add some festive characters.
Otherwise awesome game, good job man!

Intuitive, engaging, play whenever
The premise is well thought out, and makes for a fun game that anyone can pick up and be challenged. I think the game really shines in how short a single round is, so you can play for as short (or long) as you want.

Really good game and a very unique idea. No ads is also a big plus. I like the mix of a word game and roguelike. The AI is also very well done.
