Description
Pet’s Diary is designed to monitor your pet’s feeding so that you can keep its weight under control.
With the help of this app you can not only save the feeding history, but be notified about how much of the daily nutrition goal is left or see an overeaten amount.
The app also supports a diet that is a mixture of different products calculating consumed daily amount in % based on nutrition limits for each product.
Pet’s diary is not just a good tool to control your pet feeding each day, but a way to collect feeding data that can be shared with your vet and can help to get the right veterinary care.

Really useful!
OK so as someone with a terrible memory this is a great tool to keep track of feedings. But also!! It’s super useful in calculating how much to feed my cat since I give her a mixture of wet and dry food in 3-4 meals a day. That was hard to calculate before this app so I’m super grateful I found it!
How it works:
I just put the maximum amount she would have to eat for each type of food I give her (daily) as written on the labels. E.g. 50g of dry food and 4x 85g cans of wet food. So if I put in that I fed her 15mg of dry food and half a can of wet food it shows me the daily percentage she’s consumed (42.5%). That way I know to stop feeding when it reaches 100% in order to avoid her gaining weight.

Good idea, bad execution.
The app is very simple, just the basics, which I like. Unfortunately even that hasn’t been done correctly. The percentage calculator used doesn’t give correct amounts. At the moment I’m giving my pup 180g dry and 100g of wet a day, so this morning I gave 90g dry and 50g of wet which should be 50% of daily. The app says 79.9%. At the end of yesterday’s feed, the app said I’d fed 196% of daily amount. I have inputted the correct amounts on my dog’s profile too. Don’t install this app if you want the amounts are logged correctly. Would have given 5 stars if it developed correctly.
