Very good customer service
Very warm food! Delivered in fast time. One item on my order was wrong after sending a note over to the food place. Peterborough Grab went back there and they delivered the right item for a cost for them and nothing extra charged for me. Will definitely be using this service again. Thank you.
Thrown together app
While there’s no massive issue with ordering from our local chippy, the food was late. Trying to contact customer support regarding the matter highlighted that the app does not have any, their FAQ is a placeholder, their phone number is “0” and there was only an email option, hardly what we wanted.
Live chat service would be best as we could not contact the restaurant or get an update on what’s happening. We were stuck in limbo, hungry limbo, the worst kind of limbo
Great service and amazing delivery time
Grab has been a lifesaver on many occasions! Not only is the app really easy to use the delivery time has always been quick and always have polite drivers! Definitely recommend 10/10 👏🏽
