Perplexity - Ask Anything 17+

This app is really worth spending time with- any off the wall idea or concept or even just a perspective on something that might be important to you- it’s a playground to spend time in and the more you challenge the better the results. It’s a process that takes time so if you have the inclination and interest in finding out how much this Ai model can do for you then I believe it is worth spending the money on a pro mentorship model. Every question or situation that I have researched so far has been answered with real detail and considered incite. Not once have I thought - err that’s a load of rubbish(!) I like that you can save your sessions for reference purposes and then you kind of have a log of your own narrative and the thoughts buzzing around in your head. I believe that these language models work as well as the work we also put in to refine and qualify ever improving distinguishing results. So it works alongside us - it can only be as intelligent as the hand that feeds it so dig well into your imagination to get the best possible innovation

I had two questions recently that I hadn’t been able to answer by conventional means. One was the type of small bird that had been visiting my garden every so often. The other was a technical question regarding my new smartphone. I also tried a current affairs question to test if it could answer with up-to-date information.

The app correctly identified the bird on its third attempt. As a rare visitor, this was impressive, especially given it was working off a verbal input. The app also identified the issue I was having with the smartphone was down to an obscure setting. Having wasted an hour, I asked the app to solve the issue. On its first try in just 20 seconds it found the correct setting and solved the problem. Finally, it provided up-to-date information on the current state of the political situation in Ukraine.

In all cases, it provides citations and links. All in all, a fantastic tool that I hope goes from strength to strength.
