Learn the basics of filing an international application under the PCT, including Articles 4–14 and key rules for document requirements (Rule 11), establishing the filing date (Rule 20), and addressing formalities (Rule 26).

Part 2: Role of the ISA

Discover how International Searching Authorities (ISAs) operate under Articles 15–19. Dive into the search process, requirements for documentation (Rule 35), and handling unity of invention challenges (Rule 40).

Part 3: International Publication
