PastBook: 1-Click Photo Book 4+

I ordered a pastbook, not my first I hasten to add,
I am not great technology wise,
They pretty much choose all your pictures, easy to delete what you don’t want, also easy to add pictures,
Anyway the big bit for me was, I submitted my final design and paid the fee,
I then on further inspection realised that the front cover picture was not what I wanted, apparently you can change it yourself but I could not manage this, I got in touch with PastBook and explained the situation, they were brilliant, I sent them the picture I wanted and they put it on the front cover, great service

I ordered my photobook a couple of weeks ago as a birthday present. I’ve messaged PastBook twice to ask when I’d receive the book and had NO RESPONSE at all. I hope this company is genuine because I feel quite insecure about my dealings with them and my order. They advertise that ordering now will get your book in a few days. Well i haven’t received mine after two weeks. I’ve no idea what the photobook is going to be like and after NO response to my emails I’m furious that PastBook can ask me to leave a review..without either receiving my book OR answering my questions as to when I’d get it. So my review reflects my experience with PastBook..very quick to take an order but totally blank you after they’ve gotten your order and money. NOT HAPPY especially now they’ve missed the birthday deadline and I have to go out and buy another present. I just hope my review shakes someone up at PastBook. If this company want to get anywhere in the commercial world they need to address their Customer Support requirements and not leave customers in the dark as to their orders.

I really love the quality of pastbooks - I jet wish it was easier to add photos into the album after the initial automatic set up - offers disappear too quickly when you have started compiling a book as it does take time to put a book with comments together. Otherwise it’s brilliant and I will keep compiling books for a brilliant history of our holidays.
