How it works:
- Install the parking App and register or choose express parking
- Find your parking spot on the map, or search to find parking spaces in a particular parking zone with the zone code
- Start, stop or extend your parking ticket whenever you want
- The parking attendant sees your digital parking ticket through his control device
- You get a notification by the Parking App 15 minutes before your parking time ends
Payment options
- Bill per E-mail (no additional charge)
- VISA / MasterCard (no additional charge)
- Bill on paper (29 SEK/2,99€)
With express parking payment is made directly via Swish (Sweden) or Apple Pay, Paypal, debit/ credit card. An administration fee of 5 SEK / 0,50€ is charged for each parking process.

Simplicity in itself
Great layout and service points highly recommended
unintuitive time waster
this app is used in a touristic place in Bavaria and I find it terrible. I use about 6-8 different parking apps (because there is no standard but that’s a different story), my main gripe with this one is that:
1. when parking, there is no ‘confirm’ or ‘park now’ button. I am left wondering if I missed something and end up calling customer services
2. you don’t pay immediately, like with all other apps, but a month later via invoice?? makes no sense
The UX of this app is a shocker, fix it.
Rubbish - don’t use
I downloaded this to park close to Königsee. I paid using the app but then received a letter several weeks later stating that I had not paid. I replied showing them a screen shot from this app confirming that I had paid and including the reference number for this payment. Would they accept that? No. They have continued to chase me for proof of payment despite the fact that it was done in their system. I can only assume that they are either incompetent or they are crooks. Either I strongly advise against using this app.

Hej, We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience parking with the Parkster app. We do not offer payment in the app. When paying, you have the choice between automatic credit card debit, invoice by email (free of charge, preset) or invoice by post (€2.99 including VAT/invoice). It is possible that we had not yet received your payment by the time you received a reminder. If you have sent us a deposit slip including your bank giro, account number, the amount and the OCR number that you specified when paying, then our billing partner Billogram can search for the payment and link it to the associated invoice. We hope that your problem has already been resolved. If not, please get back to our customer service at kundendienst@parkster.com and include your invoice number in the subject.
