My favourite app. I don’t need change anymore!
Impossible to cancel - they will steal your money forever
There is a service charge when signing up. The only way to stop it is by deleting the account which is impossible on the app as it directs you to phone them. You will spend hours into days trying to get through on the phone. Now they are taking multiple payments of 10 euro on the same day for no reason and it’s impossible to get in touch with them. I only used one of their car parks once a year ago and it’s cost me five times that amount to stop them charging me so far. Avoid.
Possible the worst app I’ve tried to re-login to
When I used to use the app it generally worked fine - but after trying to log in after a period of inactivity it is nearly impossible to get there. No way of resetting password on the app. There’s no option to try and login on its own (it’s merged with create an account) so if I try to login it it keeps trying to get me to create a new account - when I input my email address it says account exists yet impossible to login to.
