TLDR, you must use this app to use the charger, they are not partnered with octopus Electroverse or anything like that, the app gives you the impression you can charge as guest, but you cannot and must register at the end. It’s a credit based app, so you must pay for more than you use, honestly it’s 7.5 minutes of my life gone, and I'm furious

Terrible app designed to con you out of as much money as possible. It’s only possible to add credits in increments of £5 which expire. Useless unless you know exactly how long you’re going to stay at a location.

Hi Mark, Sorry to hear you had issues with our App. It is possible to add credit in increments of £5, £10, £20 or £50 and your credit does not expire. Unused credit stays on your account and can be used when you visit any other of our charge points or repaid on request.
