Total Scam - Falsely advertising access to attractions that they are unable to sell
Avoid at all costs. Our entire Paris experience was ruined by these people falsely advertising access to attractions over which they had no affiliation nor claim. We booked the Passlib under the understanding we were able to visit the Eiffel Tour and that certain attractions were from each group. Many attractions were moved from group B to group A to disguise the total downgrading and devaluation of this pass. We spent over 2 weeks chasing a refund in full. We had to rebook everything elsewhere and it completely made a trip of a lifetime a stressful couple of days.
Scam - don’t buy
I tried to use the Paris pass for my most recent trip. It worked for 2/3 of the attractions I visited but the zoological park didn’t accept my ticket as they said it was invalid. They recommended I get a refund on my pass so I contacted the Paris Pass customer service. After several weeks I got a reply acknowledging that I was owed a refund and that it would be coming shortly but it never came. Followed up with them multiple times with no reply. Do not buy this pass!
Tickets don’t help you skip the actual line.
Confusing, we were unable to book the Louvre or Eiffel using this pass. And the tickets we did book only enabled you to jump the ‘ticket’ line .. not security.. so still a long wait at many of the museum/ monuments
