The experience of using the App is really good. The category of the items is wide, you can almost find everything you want in the shop. And the service is quite good. One time, I have urgent things to do and have to change the delivery time. I asked the customer service team to see if I could change the time slot. They helped me to contact with the shop and finally changed another slot. Furthermore, once I purchased some vegetables that are not fresh. I reported to the customer service team. They helped me to report the issue to the seller and refunded to me. The after sell service is good.

pandafresh is really useful for people who like to cook Asian food. There is no Chinese supermarket near my home, so every time I want to cook Chinese food, I will use pandafresh to order online.
