Pakistan Citizen's Portal 4+

I wrote my complaint on Dec 14th and received the response on Dec 21st. The system itself was efficient and allowing the user to track her complaint progress relieved alot of anxiety. However the final answer was incorrect and seemed to demonstrate that proper understanding of the issue was not undertaken. The end destination of the complaint has quality assurance issues.

A statement was issued officially by the office which is totally incorrect. However the facility to follow up and add more and more corroborating evidence means at least it has been possible to identify the issue and focus needs to be on the final department. In the case of my complaint GHQ and ISI.

Other than QA issues from the final office and team the rest of the process was user friendly and good. I appreciate this initiative to empower tax payers and citizens and to build a culture of service in our government institutions.

Pakistan Citizen Portal has failed to provide me any relief. Pakistan Citizen Portal is passing my complaints to the one whom I complaint against. I complaint against Satti Gang and besides this you investigate this Gang, the member of this Gang Liaquat Satti, Sher Ahmed Satti, Touseef Satti, and Shaheen Satti as welll as Rawalpindi Police. Mine and my family's complaints are passed on to the same criminal for the preferred outcome. From CPO office to low level all are involved in this Fake Nikah nama, harassment, threats to kill, abuse and hacking. A moment of Shame for the Law & Justice in Pakistan. I live in the UK not Rawalpindi, so it makes more sense if Rawalpindi Police can advise their Gang member Satti to file cases against me in the court in the UK, but since I have already filed cases against him, he is hiding in Pakistan. The best he can do is what he is doing now with the help and support of Police. You need to investigate how this Document was prepared? who prepared it? whos addrress is used? when all this happen? Its shocking that I am married to him but I have no idea of when all this happened? and Police beside investigate it, are harassing my family in Pakistan. Pakistan Citizen Portal should reopen all over complaints and should Investigate them independently without any involvement of Rawalpindi Police.

Updating profile is an uphill task. While complaints are responded to, the room & speed of improvement is limited due to poor customer care services for issues with the app itself. I have tried multiple times to switch my account from resident Pakistani to overseas and all my complaints are closed on pretext that I do not attend my contact number in Pakistan. I don’t how they expect me to do that while I am a British resident now. Can’t even switch account Cz customer services won’t help either.

It’s so painful & disappointing.
