I use the app been long time old version was good at least you could scan the fingerprint new version is not good at all I tried for many people to get fingerprints but never work always say failure please fix this issue as I help a lot of people for there nadra card and on app is much easy I don’t need laptop or printer just need the phone but unfortunately only issue I’m getting is the fingerprint scan not working.

Photograph Functionality is a Fail

Tried to apply for my babies NICOP but couldn’t get passed the first section of the application - photograph.

The photograph functionality kept failing my child’s photo who is 6 months old. After over a dozen attempts with clear white or grey backgrounds it kept failing to a point the app said come back 1 hour later! Came back 1 hour later and tried again, failed again and repeated the timer!! The annoying thing is too, that the phone has to be kept vertically (straight) to take a photo, so a baby cannot lay on the floor and for you to use camera facing down. How can you expect a small child to sit down like an adult, by themselves, to stay still, look at the camera without any expressions, moving or blinking for a photo!

This needs to improve immediately, my suggestion is to allow the app to accept an upload of a photo followed by verification or at least allow for a photo to be taken while the baby is laying on the floor! There needs to be some exceptions for baby photographs. Learn from the UK passport child photo policy.

There is no logic built into the photograph functionality. Can you please fix this. Thank you!

Useless App

Trying to apply for a NICOP Card is impossible for a you child. Facial recognition doesn’t help can’t even submit it because it needs a picture first if you have a 1 year old it already difficult to get them to stand for more than a few seconds as soon as it takes a picture the server times out and have to start again tried to get my sons done who is aged 4 and took almost 4 hours to submit it because the servers kept timing out…. Needs a major Update on how it can have better and efficient connections times out every few minutes
