App crashes as soon as it loads

Initially worked for one free scan and I was impressed by the app. However, as soon as I subscribed the app crashed and will not reload. I cancelled the subscription straight away. Shame… this app had real potential.

Signed up for years subscription and suddenly it doesn’t work anymore just crashes

Worked; I subscribed; it stopped working. Started crashing!

I am so sorry this happened to you. I created Painalog so people who have common issues like Backpain or wrist pain can solve those things at home. Unfortunately a wrong build was uploaded and that meant I was no able to help people like you. I have updated the build and all issues have been fixed. I hope you will give Painalog another try.
