QuickTime
This is nice and simple. For work we sometimes use QuickTime on the Mac to access the phones camera - did you try that as an option? Hooking up via cable and then setting the source of video to the phone. Teams and google don’t support airplay or via cable feed from the camera.

Great app
Found this app when I searched for alternatives to an actual visualiser for teaching. Our school use google meet and this works perfectly on a laptop when combined with Reflector.
