At OUTFITTERY, your personal stylist individually selects unique clothing items that are just right for you. Tell us your personal style preferences and sizes, and we’ll send you a handpicked selection of clothes to match your likes and needs. The services if of course free of charge and without obligation. You chose your budget and pay only for what you keep.

This is how it works:
1.Fill out the questionnaire
Tell us your personal style preferences and sizes and set the budget you want for your new clothing items.
2.Meet your stylist
Book a phone call with your stylist or just simply order your box online. Your stylist will put together a personal selection of clothes, and you can either receive them as a surprise or you can choose to give feedback before the delivery goes out. This service costs nothing!
3.Try everything at home
You have seven days to try on everything in your own time in the comfort of your home. If you receive something that doesn’t suit you, you can send it back for free. You will only be charged for what you keep.

Ratings and Reviews
App doesn’t work
Box arrived very well packaged. Good selection of items. Returned the items I didn’t want. They have tried to take money using an old card. When I try to upload the new card details on the app it won’t let me. It won’t let me link PayPal either! Emails coming asking for payment, when I follow the payment link it doesn’t work! Tried to contact them several times but nothing is done. I’m trying to pay them and nothing is working. Putting this review here as proof that it’s them not me that is the issue!

App doesn’t work for ex-Stitchfix users
I installed the app after migrating from stitchfix and I can’t even log into the App. I have activated my account and even scheduled my first order from a web browser but when I log in on the App it always pops up “Looks like your a StitchFix Customer. Activate your account…”
Will be cancelling as soon as my first order arrives.

Terrible Customer Experience
The business had asked me to contact them and still not responded nor refunded me! I’m getting close to naming and shaming on LinkedIn.
Ex stitch fix customer, I was excited to receive a similar service. I placed my first order, and had £100 taken from my account with no forewarning. 3 weeks later, there was no update at all on my order. I cancelled my order. There is nowhere on the app that shows my £100 will be refunded to me. I have contacted the company twice with no reply. Avoid.
