Orttu contains fun, fast vocabulary games to boost your 11+ learning.
Pick synonyms or antonyms and test yourself against the clock. We'll help you learn where you went wrong, so that each time you play, you will raise your game. Challenge yourself to beat your own high score, time and time again, whilst building your vocabulary along the way. Our words are carefully chosen by expert tutors to prepare you for anything the 11+ may throw your way.

High scores are now visible for all word packs for both synonyms and antonyms. Challenge a parent to beat your high score!

Simple and exuberant
This is well worth a download if you have or are a child taking the 11+ exam. This will teach you words that even you didn’t even know the meaning of before - so it is a win win not just for the child but the parent as well! The fact you can set a high score is really good as well, I can see the more competitive ones trying to beat each other’s score - whilst learning of course!
So much fun!
The app is very well made and has just the right level of challenge to keep me entertained!
Great in principle but answers disappear too fast
Impossible to learn from
As the answer disappears immediately so there is no time to consider and process what a child may have got wrong. It is possible to entirely miss what the actual answer is. Would be a fab app if there was an option to slow this down. Otherwise it’s pointless

We’ll gladly look into how we can give more time to process the answers.
In the meantime, we provide a breakdown of all the answers at the end of every quiz so that the kids can see where they may have gone wrong. You could potentially use this to help with the issue.
